During a port call in Antigua, Carnival Fascination dropped off pallets of water, food, and other items to be delivered to Barbuda as part of the island’s recovery and relief efforts.   The delivery is part an ongoing initiative by Carnival to bring critical supplies to affected Caribbean islands following Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria.  Earlier this month, Carnival Fascination dropped off relief items during a port call in St. Kitts to be delivered to St. Maarten which was affected by the storm.

The Caribbean’s newest destination, Amber Cove in the Dominican Republic, has been named among the Top-Rated Cruise Line Private Island Destination in Cruise Critic’s first-ever Cruisers’ Choice Destination Awards. Today, Carnival Cruise Line, along with community dignitaries and local families, celebrated the opening of Splash Island at Atlanta’s historic Adams Park. The interactive red, white and blue-colored splash pad, funded in part by Carnival and inspired by Carnival WaterWorks, the cruise line’s onboard water experience, is the latest addition to the park’s pool area.
